Cloud 9 is very hournered and pleased to anounced that we are now a Platinum recording studio! In December of 2007, we recieved two Platium records from Joan Jett and Kenny Laguna, (Joan's long time manager) for our part in remixing Joan's Platinum hit, I Hate Myself for Loving You" for Guitar Hero 3! We'd like to thank Joan & Kenny for their support and for choosing Cloud 9 for such an important task.

Engineer Mike Scielzi was called in to do the remix. Joan recorded this monster hit long before Protools was around. Here Joe Napoli is holding up one of the 24-tk analog tapes that was used in the original session.
